APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

Encountering Innovation Convention 2023

READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Encountering Innovation is an ongoing program that culminates in an annual conference brought to you by the Tech Innovation Center.

Your application constitutes responding to our survey, which has two focused portions:

        (1) the Tech Transfer / Innovation Discovery portion; and

        (2) the Matchmaking for Federal Primes and Small Businesses portion.

This is a collaborative application process. Your application is ONLY being judged by our Science Advisor to match your technology innovation with federal government needs (see Combatant Command Common Capability Needs) and your Technical Readiness Level (TRL).  Everything else on your application is a work in progress up to the day of the conference.

Please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be selected to pitch or exhibit. If you are selected, you will be notified by email. Being selected to pitch or exhibit does not guarantee that you will be offered support to commercialize your technology.

If you are selected to pitch and/or exhibit your poster board, you will be notified by email and given a deadline to register for Encountering Innovation Week.

There is no fee to apply, but if you are accepted to present, you will be required to register for the event and pay a fee. Click here to see registration fees.
