A continual collaborative commercialization program; attracting, assessing, preparing, advising, training, and connecting innovators & advanced manufacturers  with Department of War (DoW) Partners, Science & Technology Advisors / federal government and non-government  / commercial opportunities through technology transfer & matchmaking events known as Encountering Innovation.  Our main resource is Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub: KS.  Our territory depends on the innovator making application.  We have had innovators from over 30 states, since our initial Technology Showcase in October, 2017.  Primarily, our innovators are referred by statewide Small Business Development Centers and APEX Accelerators, but have come from Economic Development, Accelerators, and universities, as well.
